Our online registration and submission form is a simple and fast way to register for the Parade, as well as submit 2 photos and your company logo.

Please make sure all fields are filled in - all information is required for your registration to be processed. If a field is forgotten and the form is submitted, you will be taken back to the form and it will indicate in red which fields have been missed so you can enter your information. If this happens and you have chosen files to be submitted, you will have to choose your files again. However, the form will retain the rest of your information.

Please review your information carefully. A $35 charge will apply for any changes requested after submittal.
