Inaugural New Hampshire Parade of Homes ® Debuts in Early October

Effort to be Combined with State-Wide Drive for NH Food Bank and Toys for Tots

CONCORD – The Home Builders and Remodelers Association of New Hampshire (HBRANH) is proud to announce that the 2007 New Hampshire Parade of Homes® will take place on October 6th – 8th and October 13th – 14th.

Association President, Kyle Niemela, stated that, “As far as we know this is the very first event of its kind of this magnitude in New England. We are proud to bring one of the greatest tools available to the home buying public to New Hampshire that has been so popular in other parts of the U.S. for many years.”

“The New Hampshire Parade of Homes®, presented by Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, is your tool to explore the exciting opportunities in today's new home market”, stated Niemela.

“We truly hope that, as you visit these fabulous homes in this year’s parade, you will find the home of your dreams. Regardless of your price range and lifestyle, the builders featured in this year’s parade will be able to provide you with a high-quality home at a fair price. And, the choice of new homes in New Hampshire has never been better.”

Admission to the New Hampshire Parade of Homes® is free with a ticket that will be available at the HBRANH, at selected locations throughout the state, or can be downloaded from the official New Hampshire Parade of Homes® website (www.nhparadeofhomes.com) later in September. Tickets will also be available at each Parade home. A single the ticket gains entry to all homes and will be used to enter for door prize drawings.

Along with the ticket attendees will be obtaining the beautifully designed official New Hampshire Parade of Homes® Planbook, a glossy coffee table quality magazine featuring all the information about each home, maps to each site, and tremendous offerings from suppliers and subcontractors in the HBRANH.

Niemela went on to say that he is especially excited about the fact that the HBRANH will be asking the public to bring donations for the New Hampshire Food Bank and for the Toys for Tots program when they visit the Parade homes. “We hope to make this event one of the largest collection efforts for both of these tremendous charities that New Hampshire has ever seen”, Niemela said.

New home buyers, realtors, builders, and anyone interested in seeing these spectacular new homes from the southern tier of the state to Lake Winnipesaukee to the White Mountains will want to watch for the advertising and will want to check back to the New Hampshire Parade of Homes® website for updated details.
