PRIZE: Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000) paid on winner's behalf toward winner's down payment on any existing or yet to built home by one of the seventeen (17) builders participating in the 2008 Tour of Homes. The seventeen (17) participating builders are: Bell Development Company; Blue Hammer; Bond Construction Company; Cornerstone Construction Group LLC; Henry Tipton Construction; Ival Goldstein Properties; McClure Construction Company, LLC; Michael Case Construction; Pratt & Associates; S & S Development; Signature Land Company; Southland Builders, Inc.; Steve Birger Construction; The Hart Group; Tracy Cook Construction; Trademark Builders; and True North Development (each one, a "Participating Builder"). The Prize must be used toward the purchase by winner of a Participating Builder's existing or yet to built home. The Prize will be paid to directly to the Participating Builder only when winner and the Participating Builder have entered into an agreement for the purchase of that Participating Builder's existing or yet to built home by winner. In no event will the Prize be paid directly to winner. If the aforementioned home purchase fails to close or be completed by December 31, 2008, the Prize will be returned to Sponsor and the Prize will be forfeited. Winner will be responsible for securing and qualifying for any additional financing needed to use the Prize. Approximate Retail Value $10,000. Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash . No prize substitution except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal U.S. residents of Tennessee, Georgia and Alabama 18 years of age or older on the day of entry. Employees of Chattanooga Publishing, Home Builders Association of Southern Tennessee and Key James Brick and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and promotional suppliers, as well as the immediate families of such employees, are not eligible. Prize winner may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release before receiving Prize. If affidavit and release are not returned within seven (7) days of the Prize drawing, or if the Prize winner is ineligible, the Prize may be forfeited and an alternate Prize winner may be randomly chosen from among all eligible entries. By entering, participants agree to be bound by the official rules (and the Sponsor's interpretation thereof) and consent to the use of their name, photograph, and/or likeness for advertising/publicity without further consideration, except where prohibited by law. In the event Sponsor terminates Sweepstakes due to unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor, Sponsor shall award the Prize in a random drawing of all entrants to one eligible participant, based upon the rules of eligibility.
